My Story

I studied at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, earning a BS.Ed. in K-12 art education in 2008. At the age of 23, I started teaching art at North Point High School in Waldorf, Maryland. I moved back to Pittsburgh in 2009 and began at Freedom Area High School. In 2014, I welcomed my daughter, Louella into this world, and also graduated with my Masters of the Arts with a 4.0 GPA.  I enjoy painting and creating in my spare time and working with a variety of mediums.  I currently lives in Ambridge, PA with my husband, daughter, two dogs and cat.
